Platform Overview

Twelve business functions. One operating system.

BOS is building toward a unified AI backbone for every department. Marketing is live today — the other eleven modules are on the roadmap. Each module runs on dedicated AI agents that share context across the organization, so the marketing agent can reference a budget constraint from finance, and the sales agent can pick up on a trend the marketing agent discovered.

Marketing Module

From strategy to published content — fully automated.

The BOS (Business Operating System) marketing module handles every step of content marketing: competitor research, copywriting, image and video generation, content scheduling, social media publishing, and performance tracking. BOS uses Google Gemini for text generation, Google Veo for video creation, and official Meta, LinkedIn, and X APIs for publishing. Each of the six capabilities listed below describes a specific stage of the BOS marketing workflow and the actions the system performs at that stage.

Content calendar and scheduling

BOS generates weekly content calendars based on brand strategy, target audience, and seasonal trends. Each post is scheduled for optimal timing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

Long-form and short-form copywriting

BOS agents write blog articles, ad copy, email sequences, and social captions. Each piece follows the brand’s voice guidelines and references active campaigns for consistency.

Image and video generation

BOS creates visual assets using Google Veo and Gemini. Brand logos, color palettes, and typography are applied automatically. Generated assets are stored in a shared media library for reuse.

Social media publishing

BOS connects to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and X via official APIs. Posts are published automatically based on the content calendar. Failed posts are retried and flagged for review.

AI search visibility tracking

BOS Intelligence monitors how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude mention and rank brands. Weekly pulse reports surface visibility changes, and the audit tool scores website citability for AI engines.

Performance analytics

BOS aggregates engagement data across all connected channels into a single dashboard. The system identifies top-performing content types and recommends adjustments to the content strategy.

How BOS Works

Four steps from sign-up to autonomous operation.

BOS (Business Operating System) is designed so that a new user can go from account creation to fully autonomous content publishing in a single session. The onboarding process takes approximately 15 minutes. After setup, BOS agents operate continuously without manual intervention, generating and publishing content on the schedule defined during Step 02.

Step 01

Connect your brand

Enter your company name and website URL. BOS analyzes the brand’s existing online presence, extracts visual identity (logo, colors, typography), and builds a brand profile. This profile governs all generated content.

Step 02

BOS agents analyze and plan

BOS agents research the brand’s industry, competitors, and target audience. The system generates a content strategy document with recommended topics, posting frequency, tone of voice guidelines, and a 30-day content calendar.

Step 03

Content is generated and published

BOS agents write copy, generate images and videos, and schedule posts across connected social media accounts. Each piece is created according to the brand profile and content strategy. Published content is logged with timestamps and channel metadata.

Step 04

Monitor, learn, and optimize

BOS tracks engagement metrics (impressions, clicks, shares, comments) across all channels. Weekly reports identify top-performing content and underperforming formats. The content strategy is adjusted automatically based on measured performance data.

Built For

Three user profiles BOS serves today.

Founders and solo operators

Challenge

Small businesses often lack dedicated staff for marketing, HR, and finance. Founders handle everything manually, which limits growth and creates bottlenecks.

How BOS helps

BOS replaces the need to hire specialists for each department. A single founder can connect BOS to their brand, and the platform handles content creation, social publishing, and brand monitoring autonomously. BOS acts as a full back-office team.

Marketing teams at growing companies

Challenge

Marketing teams at companies with 10–50 employees typically manage 5–10 separate SaaS subscriptions for scheduling, analytics, design, and copywriting. Context is fragmented across tools.

How BOS helps

BOS consolidates content planning, asset creation, publishing, and analytics into one platform. Marketing managers set the strategy; BOS agents execute it. The team reviews and approves content rather than creating everything from scratch.

Agencies managing multiple brands

Challenge

Agencies juggle multiple brand identities, content calendars, and reporting dashboards simultaneously. Switching between client accounts and maintaining consistency across brands is time-intensive.

How BOS helps

BOS supports multi-brand workspaces. Each brand has its own profile, content strategy, and publishing schedule. Agency teams manage all clients from a single dashboard, and BOS maintains brand consistency for each account independently.

About BOS

What is BOS?

BOS (Business Operating System) is an AI-native platform, founded in 2024, that provides autonomous agents for core business functions. BOS agents handle marketing, content creation, social media publishing, brand intelligence, and operational workflows. The platform is designed for small businesses, marketing teams, and agencies that need enterprise-grade automation without enterprise-grade headcount.

The BOS marketing module generates written content (blog posts, social captions, ad copy, email sequences), creates visual assets (images and short-form video via Google Gemini and Veo), and publishes directly to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X through official platform APIs. Content follows brand-specific guidelines including voice, visual identity, and target audience parameters configured during onboarding.

BOS Intelligence is a free tool that tracks brand visibility across AI-powered search engines. BOS Intelligence monitors how ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and Claude (Anthropic) mention, recommend, and rank brands in response to consumer queries. The tool covers over 1,200 brands across 37 categories in 7 markets, with weekly pulse reports that surface ranking changes and a website audit tool that scores how citable a domain is for AI engines. BOS Intelligence is available at bos.app/geo.

The BOS technology stack uses Go for the backend API, Next.js for the web frontend, TypeScript for the agent service, and Python with Playwright for browser automation. BOS is deployed on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage) with Redis for caching and Cloud Tasks for asynchronous job processing.

BOS offers three pricing tiers: a free tier for individuals exploring the platform, a Starter tier for operators getting started, and a Pro tier for operators who ship daily. Pricing details are available at bos.app/pricing.
